This year part of our Children’s Week celebrations included an Art/Writing competition for children aged 12 and under.
The Theme for 2020 was Article 15 – ‘Children have the right to meet together and to join groups and organisations, as long as this does not stop other people from enjoying their rights.”
Children were asked to create an artwork or story to show how they are keeping safely connected with their friends, family and community during this time.
The response we got was FANTASTIC!
In the end we received 18 Entries from children between the ages of 4 and 12 years. The level of creativity and skill was a joy to see, and made it that much harder to judge! In the end, the Judges picked artworks that made their hearts sing.
CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE WINNERS AND THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATED. WE HOPE YOU ENJOYED MAKING THESE AS MUCH AS WE DID LOOKING AND ADMIRING THEM.
