This program will help you to feel more confident about setting limits for your children while also meeting their emotional needs. The program is aimed at parents of newborns to pre-school aged children. Parents who want to make the most of the relationship with their child. Understand what they are saying to you, and how to communicate with them.
Once you start to understand the theory of attachment - you start to see your child's behaviour in a whole new light.Research repeatedly shows that children who have a secure relationship with at least one parent have much better educational, health, relationship & general wellbeing outcomes into the future. To be eligible to participate parents must have a child between 0 and 5 years of age and be available to attend all 8 sessions.
