Cumberland Multicultural Community Services strives to  that meets a diverse range of community needs in 21st century Australia.  Central to this aim is our goal of working alongside our partners to ensure individuals and groups have the skills and support to bring about local positive change.

Together we can achieve the following objectives.

  1. Work together with other community groups to develop social cohesion through cultural, creative, sporting and recreational opportunities.
  1. Work together to enhance learning outcomes for our young people who are at risk of disadvantage, social isolation or marginalisation, with the added objective of reducing crime and anti-social behavior.
  1. Work together to support vulnerable members of our community and assist them to break the cycle of disadvantage.  We empower individuals and communities by promoting person centered and culturally appropriate support, leading to self-advocacy.
